thanks for all the smart vibes folks! i think its working? guess we'll see only time will tell. im living more or less out of my car this week, although between gramma's and hannah's i have found places to sleep and even sometimes to shower. its nice cause its winter and leaving the week's food in the car is pretty much as good as leaving it in the fridge!

im doing this because i need to finish my papers and don't have gas to drive back and forth everyday or time to do two hour bus commute (four hours there and back). its not so bad though, i watch the news at night, get up at eight go back to the lab and work. its probably something like a real job.

two more days of finals and papers and then.....christmas! i will drown my sorrows in two weeks of parties, snow and sugar.

does anyone else feel like january is looking particularly ominous this year?
