the pleasures of domesticity

yay spring! yay end of semester! yay change! i love thsi time of year, i want to do a thousand different things that are different from the things i'm doing now. and I GET TO cause school's almost out!
yesterday i came home from school early (again) and for once didn't have anything to do so guess what? i took a SHOWER. it was amazing. and then i BAKED A QUICHE. for my HUSBAND. we ate it while watching TV. it was probably the best night of my life. i know when i was living that life before i got bored pretty quick, but man it looks pretty sweet now. i think that im just one of those people who always wishes she was somewhere else, so im learning to live with that. yay grad school!

i also really, really want to travel again. i miss thailand. i miss not having to pay $10 for a plate o pad thai.

i bought a shamrock on sale post st patrick's day. now i have five plants! they help assuage my baby hunger ever so slightly.

Yeah- spring must be in the air ryan and i were desperate for change so we took a four day weekend just to be at home! how lame and boring is that-
I'll probably expand on that on my blog. Stay tuned for some interesting shit!

Oh Anna, you are so fun! I am so glad you finally got a second to relax. It is nice to enjoy those little moments. Good luck with the plants!

I think you are so cute. I like reading your posts because they sound just like you. I feel like I can actually hear you when I am reading it. :) Yay for free-time!

Quiche? Does "Angin San" (Your husband) like quiche? I used to make a healthy spinach quiche out of the garden for the family. It usually was met with a certain amount of whining, but Wes and I liked it so much, we made it anyway.
