oh man. i have been way behind in the news these days. i had no idea john edward had an affair (no surprises there...how could anyone turn down that handsome southern senator?) or that russia had invaded georgia (those jerks were just waiting for something to crack in south ossetia). however, reading the headlines on cnn.com has made me clasp my hand to my forehead in disgust and yes, fear.
