every january or sometimes early february i start to notice robins. i dont know why, maybe for courtin' purposes, they gather in all the trees and start to sing. its a really pretty sound, and their bright red breasts against the grey trees and grey skies really make one...whats that word? cheerful? its so nice when everything isn't so grey/thesis colored!
